What does the $2,495 Fully Engineered Residential tier include?

The $2,495 tier covers residential and small multifamily property up to $2M depreciable basis. It includes a virtual or in-person site inspection, an engineer-signed detailed report, five years of audit defense, and Form 3115 preparation for look-back studies at no extra charge. Turnaround is 2 to 3 weeks from engagement signing.

What does Fully Engineered Commercial cost and cover?

Fully Engineered Commercial starts at $2,995 and up depending on scope. It covers all commercial property types including office, retail, restaurant, industrial, self-storage, hotel, and medical office. It includes a virtual or in-person site inspection, engineer-signed detailed report with Pub 5653 Chapter 7 industry guidance, and five years of audit defense. Turnaround is 3 to 4 weeks.

Is audit defense really free for five full years?

Yes. Every WeCostSeg study includes five years of written audit defense at no additional charge. The defense aligns to the 13 Principal Elements of a Quality Cost Segregation Study in Chapter 4 of IRS Publication 5653. Competitors typically charge $1,000 to $5,000 extra for equivalent defense coverage or scope-limit it.
