Form 3115 preparation
Included at no charge when bundled with a look-back study. Standalone Form 3115 preparation (without a new study) is available on a project basis. We prepare both the original filing and the Ogden duplicate per Rev. Proc. 2015-13.
What the price does not include
- Your CPA's tax preparation fees.
- Travel costs for in-person inspections of remote commercial properties (quoted separately).
- Tax Court representation, which is a separate litigation engagement.
