WeCostSeg collects only the information you submit through the free proposal form, the contact form, or by WhatsApp. The information collected is used to prepare your preliminary analysis, to communicate about your engagement, and to coordinate with your CPA when authorized.

What we collect

• Name, email, phone number, and WhatsApp consent if granted.
• Property address, type, purchase price, placed-in-service date.
• Your CPA's name and email when provided.
• Engagement documentation including closing statements, blueprints, photos.

What we do not do

• Sell your data.
• Share information with third parties beyond your CPA when authorized.
• Send marketing email without your consent.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses standard analytics to understand traffic patterns. No identifying personal information is shared with analytics providers.

Data retention

Engagement records are retained for the duration of the audit defense period (five years) plus any statutory retention period that applies. You may request deletion of records not subject to a retention requirement.
